Persistent Storage in Opportunistic Networks

There are many storage mechanisms for fixed-infrastructure networks like internet. But currently there are no mechanisms to establish a storage in opportunistic networks which have intermittent connections and no pre-defined infrastructure. Since the nodes of an opportunistic network are carried by people, they exhibit some patterns over time. So the goal of this research is establishing a persistent storage in opportunistic networks by making maximum use of opportunistic properties.
