Centre for Digital forensics in University of Colombo School of Computing : Worked as a trainee scientific assistant for a period of six months assisting in the investigation process of digital crimes

Sl2College Sri Lanka : Volunteered as an Assistant project Manager from April 2015 to July 2016 and was responsible for the recruitment process of new volunteers

Final Year Project

Striking a balance between password security and memorability to improve information security

This research project spreads across the fields of information security in password based authentication, human cognition and memorability and aims in addressing the tradeoff between password strength and memorability. The main objective of the research is to find a solution for the problem of which is where passwords that are memorable for users are more vulnerable and secure passwords are difficult to remember resulting in users reusing, forgetting or writing down passwords jeopardizing security
